INTAROS NIVA PANARCTIC BIOGEOCHEMICAL OCEAN DATA

The zipped folder contains the following .mat files for use in Matlab:

intaros_niva_AT.mat -- total alkalinity data
intaros_niva_Chl.mat -- chlorophyll a data
intaros_niva_CT.mat -- dissolved inorganic data
intaros_niva_NO3.mat -- nitrate data
intaros_niva_O2.mat -- dissolved oxygen data
intaros_niva_Phos.mat -- phosphate data
intaros_niva_Si.mat -- silicate data

Each .mat file contains a single structure variable with fields containing coordinate data, 
variable data, and further metadata detailing sources and final variable data units.
For example, to load the chlorophyll data and view the structure fields enter:

load intaros_niva_Chl.mat 
outdChl
